is it bad? I used to be big too, but I'm tall so you really couldn't tell as much, but now that I'm on the lighter side, i feel the difference and more energetic! Like i said the key words are "used to be" so it looks like we've taken the turn for better health!
Yeah. It was really bad and it wasn't even that long ago. And I still have a fair amount of weight to lose.
