As far as Insomnia is concerned I've tried all of the above except the journal entry. lol. I've found that reading is good as long as it's something that relaxes you. Not something that will stim...

you know whats awesome too...those CD ocean sounds..etc. i have those and i love them! I get all cozy and sleep so comfortably! its like sleeping on the beach without being kicked off the beach or being mistaken for a vagrant! lol

Yeah those are great but what fun is it if there is no chance of being mistaken for a vagrant that just takes all the fun out of it. lol
