i don't think you know who i am and i'm fairly certain you've never met me. but i understand what you're saying, even tho i think your tone and execution is condescending and a bit combative.

i made a mistake and i was takin' it hard. now, everything is ironed out and it was agreed upon that all parties involved overeacted a bit. thanks for heads up tho.
