that's a good suggestion. would anybody want their name not displayed on that list? should it only display users that have been active in the past month or so? as a weak workaround, a convenie...

doesn't that get away from the whole concept? i mean, we can all use IM's now. the musings is a cool way to see what other people are talking about, and contribute if we want. if we had an IM, then what's the point.
well, same thing with the Inbox and Chat room on here. You can just use email, and AIM Chat Rooms (etc.). Instant Messenging on eZ would be very cool, cause you don't know everybody's screen names on AIM/MSN/ICQ/whatever, and some people don't even use that stuff. You could just see somebody on the site, click on their name, and IM or eZ Msg them... pretty neat idea.
