so zero eating only drinking lemon water for a day. i can handle that especially in the summer. i basically hate eating when it gets hot.
I don't think just lemon water. I think drinking other type of 100% juices is okay too. My sister used to do that a lot.
Yeah but there are other things in those that aren't so hot. If you really want to clean out and detox your system you should just drink water or lemon water.
Yea but only in small quanities. Sugars, natural or artificial would stop you up which is exactly the opposite of what you want if you're looking to detox. Soup diets are good as well because the broth holds the protein that you're not getting otherwise from fasting yet you're not having to go through the process of digesting meat.
the lemon water thing is def good, but technically you don't have to not eat for a day, but you have to eat super healthy-nothing artifical. a website called thewholeapproach.com tells you good things to eat. i had to do detox and i couldn't eat anything canned, artificial sweeters, etc. it's best to eat like that for a couple of weeks and see if it helps. i used to have "allergies" to and continued to be very ill, but i really had food allergies. detoxing and adding stuff back in slowly will help you find out if you are allergic to certain foods or artifical stuff.
But if you want to do a real detox and clean out your system then it's best to just not eat anything and just drink the lemon water for a day.
i know, but that won't solve her problem permanently. she's describing exactly what i was feeling a couple of years ago. it's going to take more than lemon water and fasting.
Yeah I know I'm just saying that if she wants to do what she was asking about that's what she needs to do. It would probably be best to do the lemon water thing first then just eat like you were saying.
