You have to do it through their link, but I don't know if the email address matters. Once you bid on something, though, it takes 2-3 for it to clear with freeipods.com, so give it time.

I did it with a different email addy. But it still hasn't shown that I've completed the process. I'll give it till Monday to see if it updates. My friend did the Ancestery.com one and quit right...

Ancestry.com hasn't been showing up as an offer for me.
