Sorry, pal. The only way to lose weight properly is by some kind of cardio. So, unless you want to don spandex (and if you do i don't want to know)and join an aerobics class, the treadmill, bike or elliptical stepper is your best bet. And you have to eat LOTs of protein (but not totally fatty stuff-lean meats-chicken, turkey, fish)but don't combine them w/ high carbs or you will be tired. Eat those seperately and not too much.

most gyms now are comming out w/ dance areobics classes. Those are always fun. They have salsa, hip-hop, and even strip tease. I was pretty impressed...
that sounds fun, wish my gym had it. but i can't see to many guys taking them, unless they were there to watch the strip tease class.
hahahaha the strip class, somebody told me (at school) that she had done it at her gym and she never worked so hard in her life. i gave her this look like "are you serious?" she said its the hardest class you can do. somehow although this may be true, i don't think i'll try it. but miriam with the salsa class, they're good.
