i love cooking. recipe or not, remember it's an art. i find myself watching alot of emeril and other shows. don't worry so much about amounts, but pay attention to which spices go with which foods....

it was the only spice i had. i like cinnamon & sugar on toast, so i thought it would sweeten up the fish. i guess that was the sugar...
