i think you are confusing midgets with dwarves.

midg·et n. Offensive. An extremely small person who is otherwise normally proportioned.

dwarf n. An abnormally small person, often having limbs and features atypically proportioned or formed.

Thanks for that. Dwarves and midgets shouldn't be divided! So one has slightly longer arms than the other, they're still small and creepy. In the new system midgets and dwarves will be doing Ring Around the Rosie over and over and over, forever and ever, amen.
