cool. ok let me translate.

Fedora Core = a free Linux distribution based off/supported by RedHat

EPIA = the mini-itx form factor motherboard/cpu combo from VIA

mpeg2 decoder = chip doodad on the EPIA that makes watching videos faster than just using software
