hahhhha, okay, so i'm just semi-joking...what is your favorite main-stream band?
Well the irony is that all my favorite mainstream bands have gone the other way. I love third eye blind and tonic, but they've gone downhill. And the only band i like that hasn't gone mainstream is Splender.
you know i've always been a huge wallflowers fan but they seem to be getting less popular as times goes on. this makes me sad.
i havent heard anything about the wallflowers for like 4 years
they've had 2 albums since ....both are good but you have to be a true fan to appreciate the newest one.

i say that because it isn't all "Catchy" and "pop-music"...it's somewhat dark (which i've always liked about them) but it has some excellent lyrics and jakob dylan's voice is always amazing. check out "breach"- their album from about 2 years ago.
i'm not sure whats worse....hearing abotu a band when they're already big..then them going downhill....or liking a band before they're big, and watching them get huge.

oh, okay, those ARE mainsteram, but at least, they are not like Dave Matthews Band mainstream...ugh ugh ughhhhhhhhhh, i cant explain my hate for them...but yea, 3EB...i saw them a few years ago...i still love them...first s/t album is better than Blue though.
I saw them play with the goo goo dolls last year and they played new songs. THey were good. I can't wait for the new album....
OH FINALLY SOMEONE KNOWS HOW I FEEL ABOUT THAT BAND,, I SO VERY MUCH DISLIKE DAVE MATHEWS ITS UNBELEIVABLE!!!
i intensely dislike them too! i mean, come on, satellite and crash are the SAME SONG PEOPLE!!!!!!!

yeah Jahanna, I don't see the big deal with the Dave Matthews Band... ALL their songs sound EXACTLY the same. It's a genre of music I never cared for... I can't even define it!
