uhm in active directory there's a place for adding an email address and other info for a user, but you have to have a "Microsoft Exchange" plus appropriate licensing to setup what you're looking to...

we use microsoft exchange server (is that what you were asking?)

also, they just issued blackberries for the VPs here, so they may want to be getting more soon. Can u get us a deal? if u can i'll hook u up with some bizzleness
