you should get the ol colon cleansing thing. according to mike you lose 20-40 pounds in one shot of course this is mike talking so who knows how accurate that is

Colonics, Matt Damon, Casey, & Ben Affleck do that...but I thought they flushed in contrast to suck, lol .

either way, you have to be comfortable with someone, not only seeing your butthole, but putting a tube in it. not for the faint of heart. a lot of witnesses being hyper modest about such things wouldn't ever think of getting it done. if it gets more popular and you can get it at burger king along with a bacon cheddar ranch...then i might try it.
