you should get the ol colon cleansing thing. according to mike you lose 20-40 pounds in one shot of course this is mike talking so who knows how accurate that is

NO i did NOT do this, lol it costs like a billion dollars or something to do, and id rather just lose the weight the old fashion way thank you very much.
