Oprah looks amazing. she has abs. i mean abs on oprah...i never thought i'd see it in my lifetime. if she can do it after all her failed diets-i can do it, too.
oh yeah she looks amazing!!! i'm pretty much on her "routine" w/the exception of exercising 8 times a week and the white stuff. im slowly starting to cut the "whites" out of my food.
anything made with white flour basically. i don't use white flour anyway, but it will be good for me to eliminate for a month.
Also certain whites, like potatoes blanched flour, are empty carbs, they have very little, (if any) nutritional value. I use brown rice, whole wheat bread, flour, brown rice or whole wheat pasta......
