ps: soda & other sugary beverages add a ton of extra calories...try drinking more water...& zero calorie drinks. (i'm also not having wine or other alcoholic drinks w/ dinner during the week)
yeah so true. i don't like alcohol w/dinner. it's weird. like finger foods i'm ok with, but an actual meal it doesn't go well with me.
i dont like hard drinks w/ dinner. but i like red or white wine or a beer w/ dinner sometimes.
