If I got paid through paypal and I see it in my paypal account, is it safe to ship to the person? Or should I wait till it's actually transferred to my banking account?

They can still take the money back even if you've transferred it to your bank account. Paypal will just take it right back out if there's not enough in your account. I just ship when I see the m...

thats why as soon as it clears you transfer it to another non touchable paypal account like a savings... They will and can take your money and not refund it, seller beware

well it also depends how well you trust the seller? is it just some random ebay purchase? can someone vouch for the buyer, is it a large sum of money?

Well they didn't respond quickly at first, they are about at 75%, and it's a 200 dollar item. Sooo yeah that's kinda why I'm even asking, if it was 100%, I would have sent already
