If I got paid through paypal and I see it in my paypal account, is it safe to ship to the person? Or should I wait till it's actually transferred to my banking account?

thats why as soon as it clears you transfer it to another non touchable paypal account like a savings... They will and can take your money and not refund it, seller beware

well it also depends how well you trust the seller? is it just some random ebay purchase? can someone vouch for the buyer, is it a large sum of money?
