warm glass of milk before sleep - the calcium in it may/should help you fall asleep... also just take in more calcium throughout the day
exercise sometime during the day i find, helps me fall asleep
also, getting up early helps me fall asleep earlier, ha (i don't really hate 6 a.m. anymore!)
Man, I SO want to get up at 6am.....lately in the am I have been SO hard to wake up. I feel sorry for Adam. I need a super good alarm.
It's especially hard to not be able to sleep, because of aux pioneering this month....I feel crummy when I wake up, so my morning is more difficult.

make sure that when you exercise, it's NOT right before you got to bed, or you'll stay awake.
