Man, I'm still fighting with my insurance company. These people are clueless! Does someone know if it is illegal for a company to keep a driver on your policy who doesn't live with you? I can't u...
Ok...Big surprise here. I called another company and they said my company can do what they are doing. So do not let anyone else drive your cars unless they are under your policy. This state sucks!!
What?! So, what's the rule? Why can they force you to have covereage for your sister that does not live with you? Because she got into an accident with your car?
It's all about the risk factor. They removed my other sister because she isn't a risk.
Ugh, man. And they won't take "she is no longer allowed to drive my car" as an answer?
Nope. She lives in Wharton. What are the chances she drives my car? Not likely. And certainly never again after wrecking a nice car.
why not tell them she moved to another planet? see if that's an acceptable answer. if they ask for proof, ask them if they saw the latest shuttle launch. just explain that she's an astronaut and they don't exactly give out boarding passes.
