that's cute! and i was gonna say HOLY NORTH JERSEY PRICES but i guess it's cheap for that area? wow. Move down here you can get a house for under 200. But yeah your commute would be a little rough.

yeah, that's a lot of money. the price on this house is very very good. most other houses in the area are in worse shape and asking $20k more. head east towards NYC and it's a totally different story, ugh. SO much more.
