cute cute! just remember: you don't have to do everything all at once. as long as it's livable, take your time and fix it up how you want it. :)
it's in really really nice shape. definitely move-in ready. only thing we'd want to do is replace the windows, but they're fine right now, maybe just not as effecient as new ones.
