we looked at 5 or 6 townhouses, but they all needed a lot of help. we just fell in love with this house. there's plenty of other things we can look at now, though.

yeah. which is SO convenient to route 80 that i'm spoiled and want to keep a short commute if possible. but mount olive/budd lake is too expensive for anything decent.
