haha no offense taken, i doubt u could be mean anyway :) It is in reference to how paypal has frozen my account in order to "protect me from unscrupulous buyers" and then when i refunded the money from the buyer is still holding other money in the account and is making me jump through hoops just to get my OWN money back from them. As i said fun :/
