Yeah, and if i remember, cisco's patent is like 10 years old, no way that apple can say cisco was trying to capitalize on the ipod iname thing.

Belive it or not Cingular is a sweet union job. Also you get unlimted minutes nd a free phone. Basically if apple gets sued it will be similar to the ntp, rim case. Rim settled and played ntp alot...
