Apparently Ty has been going at it all wrong. Ty needs to re-write a cover letter. One day Ty will fulfill his dream of being a beekeeper.. but for now ty is satisfied working with stupid people.

they're artists...in our industry artists are over the top...the more over the top in creativity the best bet your product will kick major booty.

*and we dont know if he got the job....but his resume def was noticed and not passed over.
