True or False: You can count time you spend working with the RBC as service time only if you are a regular pioneer and only if you do not count more than 70 hours that month.

Yes but only if you are specially invited because of a skill they need and you are actually supposed to have it written on the back of your service record slip and signed by your overseer but that usually gets overlooked. Plus it doesn't really count as field service time it's kind of added seperatly on your publisher card.
