woot woot lost 7 lbs last week on my new diet: low fat, low carb, high protein. the plateau is finally over!
it means long life. it's a japanese dietary regimen. the basics---eat food according to the seasons. healthy people: chew each mouthful 50 times. people with digestive problems: 100 times. 10-15 minute daily body rub with warm towel (separate from bathing/showering) to increase circulation/release toxins. no beverage while eating-30 mins before or 1 hour after.
oh ok. i do the "no bevarage" thing. but the chewing....i cant do that...im usually starving and end up swallowing whole. lol jk
i know that takes a lot of concentration! it helps me eat way less than i'm used to though.
