I took an Allegra the other day and it didn't help at all. I took a Benedryl Allergy last night before I went to sleep, and I slept fine, but still woke up with a sore throat. Maybe I should try...

I've been taking fish oil for the past month and i really haven't been bothered by my allergies much at all this year. i really think it's helped!

yeah the one i have is like tangerine or something. i'm not gonna say it tastes delicious (although angela thinks so, weird...) but it's really not too bad and u don't burp up the taste later like the pills
