yeah, me too. and i should have picked up on it from the beginning, because i was looking at Jack's cellphone, and was like, "oh, stupid people are using a phone that didn't exist in 2002 or whenever the show is supposed to be. they sure messed the timing up on that one!" haha, joke was on me!

I think it's either John or James because we don't really know either of their last names for certain. At this point, it would make the most sense to be James because of Kate's history with him.

Ian that is so funny you brought out that point with the cell phone! I was thinking the same thing, I was like, they didnt have the KRZR or the MaxxVE in 2004! Thats a huge slip up on their part!! it made all sense though at the end of the show... haha
i was totally thinking the same thing about the phone, how they're so careful with everything else but they just throw him a new phone? and then its all good cuz its future. but i'm kinda thinking that the newspaper says juliette. cuz then why would kate go? they way she said she had to leave before HE FINDS out makes me think that she's with sawyer.
which why does jack kiss juliette and then just be like i love you kate?
and is jack's dad really not dead? he said to see if his dad was more drunk. i always had the feeling that jack's dad was in with the others so what's up with the fact that they make it back to mainland and his dad is there?
the dead person might be someone we haven't met yet.
it's been nailed down that jack's dad is dead.
now, while having heroic tendencies, Jack is now a junky doctor like his father was. a self-loathing do-gooder. and now, kate, the one prone to running, wants to get back to her man, whoever that it is. some things change, some things stay the same. i'm pretty sure that flashfoward isn't where the story will end. i'm thinking there's a lot more. and who knows... maybe they'll play the alternate reality/time loop game and have that whole future thing never take place, but that'd be lame. we'll see in 2010!
