Yeah, like for example, I think you should buy me some tacos in LA and fly to NJ to give them to me. :o)
OOOOO NEVRE USE SAUCE! use salsa.
its like telling an italian to use ragu on their pasta. lol
wow that really hit me, i couldnt even spell "never" LOL
Thats what I thought!! I never heard of Taco Sauce until I started working for this company and they keep promoting that they are the #1 Taco Sauce in the US and Im like, who uses taco sauce haha...
ask them if they are #1 in california (where 90% of the population is mexican) lol
yeah taco sauce is like for taco bell tacos etc. BUT if you're going to have to use sauce (like at a restaurant or something) tapatio is the next best thing.
haha.... yeah I doubt that they are in California... in fact that area is probably the worst when it comes to selling any of our "fake" tacos products... haha
You guys out there do very well with our Las Palmas brand though...
whats the las palmas brand?
Its this brand: Las Palmas
OH OK. yeah some use it to make the chili sauce for enchiladas. mmmm, im so hungry now! lol
What is taco sauce? Is that what you mix into the meat when cooking it?
Yeah it is take a lookTaco Sauce
meh, mikayla makes salsa! but i really could go either way, just depends what i'm in the mood for.
Go buy a Taco Bell kit at shoprite. It's a sauce you put on the meat after it's in the taco shell.
No dont buy Taco Bell.... buy ORTEGA
All this is totally informative! Seriously, all this time I thought tacos in general were an American made entity like, ALL together.
So is it just that the type of taco available for the most part here in the states are an American concept but, the actual TACO really is something you could find if you traveled to Mexico???
Ask Socalgal, she would know better... BUT pre-packaged Taco shells and kits do well in the US in general except for the predominately larger mexican population states
girl, you're latin....arent you? LOL you'll get THE BEST tacos in mexico. good ol down home, "this is how abuelita makes em" kind of tacos. like carne asada, chicken asado, shredded beef. all different ways in its yummy crunchy taco shell (homeade) taco shell
In Long Island there are quite a few predominately spanish areas and my sister-in-law took us to this one part of town (she was in the spanish hall before they went to honduras) and the area was so ghetto and went to this little hole in the wall food place...(order at the counter, sit down)
But the food was ROCKIN! they just piled your plate up. It was buffet style, they just dish it out for you...you just ask for what looks good. But it was so authentic and you got to try so many different things. And it was all for like 5 bucks.
So rockin
why do you hate poor spaniards, but love their food?
those hole in the wall places are the best!!! i love em. theres one that we stop at (most times) in our route when we're doing early service on sat mornings and its the ghettoist of ghettos and we get nachos or menudo or chorizo burritos. lol
Hahaha yeah but, in a minor percentage like a good coffee a refined blend LOL
Negringa mezclada =P
