mmm, that sounds good. If i threw some almonds in, do you think that would work? (Slivered, peeled) Sometimes i think that i don't make italian food a lot because i don't make a lot of pasta...b...

so, this came out really good. I made a mixture of toasted almonds, sundried tomatoes, basil, lemon, garlic, parm, mozzarella. I had too much filling for the amount of chicken so i topped the chicken rolls with the mixture as well. It tasted really good, and looked really pretty.
Diana I also took your suggestion and made a lemon, white wine, milk & flour type of gravy. (I would have never thought of that) I added some spices to it, and that worked really well with it.
I love concocting new recipes that turn out well!!
