"Most football players are huge and can't move that well." this is the dumbest thing i have ever heard. there is nobady on a football team that isn't athletic. even the guys that are over three hundred pounds can run faster than the average person. warren sapp the famous defensive tackel, who is well over 300 pounds can run the 40 in under 5 seconds. that's probably faster than a lot of baseball players. the reason baseball players get hurt is because they are not well conditioned. they are the most unathletic athletes on the planet.
