in NJ the limit for drinking and driving is .08. Did you ever wonder how you could get to that limit? Is it 1 drink per hour? Is it 2 drinks per hour? Do it by your weight and gender. http:/...

I'm not sure about this. Alcohol stays in your bloodstream for a while, and it doesn't matter what size a person is, the breathalizers are skewed to get around that.

yeah but after a certain amount of time it does wear off. and you can see that according to this thing, it does show that it stays in your system for a while, because if i had 10 beers over 6 hours, i would still be well over the legal limit
