This bites hard =( I actually HAVE a Toshiba and luv it but, problem free on this end thus far. So customer service down in the gutter?
That's actually why I didn't go with Dell, hope it improves.
I have an old toshiba that's a work horse - it's worked for like 8 years and I still love it. But this one is from 04/05 and it's been broken like 5 times. their products are going down the toilet and yes, cust service sucks!
