Getting a new phone with Verizon...any recommendations?

Well, the Treo phones are Palm and can be used on any GSM network carrier. Then, Cingular & Verizon have branded ones. (I have an unbranded & unlocked one & decided to use T-mobile). The Cingular ones can be used on with a different GSM carrier if you ever decide to cancel service with them but I don't know if the same applies for the Verizon branded one. However, I do know that an unbranded Treo (or branded with something other than Verizon) can not be used on Verizon, which stinks. ... Verizon doesn't use SIM cards I think.
haha and as I typing this... FedEx pulls up with the Palm Treo I just bought off eBay... 'cause my other one broke on Sunday during band practice when I was hitting the tamborine against my leg! From now on, everything comes out of my pockets during band jams!

Not in the joyful dancing sense... just that I was adding to the percussion on it while doing Theremin and I hit my right front pocket with the Tambourine pretty hard... and said oh shoot, my phone's there! I was gonna post the recording of it - but vocals got way too overdriven - we didn't do a sound check - & then it was accidently deleted anyway I just found out. Thanks for the suggestions. I was thinking regular phone, I have a motorola Q for work and the battery life is terrible. What about the Samsung SCH-U740 or the ENV? Anyone have those?
Wait until November when the "Voyager" comes out... its like the enV but much much better... you wont regret it...
