well then no i don't like my muffin top and yeah my arms are getting buff, even like my abs are getting a little thinner but my actual waist is totally not and my workouts are an hour or more...

you could be stressing your body out. one trainer told me that sometimes you could be working out TOO much and stress your body out and thats why you're not losing the l-b's.

maybe the hour a day is too much. work out a half hour or 45 mins instead of the full hour and see if that works.
