today is a miracle haha i woke up at 6ish and went to the gym and took a spinning class so it's 9:30 and i'm all kinds of awake and energetic yay for physical activity

With me, it's a very delicate balance as to when i can eat before working out. If i eat lunch (even something lite) right before working out i feel sluggish. But if i'm hungry, i'm also sluggish. So i need to eat like an hour before i work out, or just eat a bananna right before working out.
