They changed the name of the album from Bleed American to self-titled. The name of the song didn't change.

According to Wikipedia, mikeyjoe is actually right for once!

The song was renamed "Salt Sweat Sugar" after 9/11

The album was also renamed.

I just bought it this year.

Yeah, maybe they just changed it for the single's release? Not quite sure. Maybe newer productions runs of the full album have it changed as well.
