he lifts different from other people... ive heard it, my wrist is like his too... it didnt heal right when i broke it and with too much weight you can feel it just slide out if you dont hold it right.

Well not sure how you can lift dumbells with a wrist injury. I could see you doing it on a machine, but even then it would pose a problem.
