sooo.. yeah.. real estate is crazy right now. This house that I walk my dog by .. house is for sale for 239K.. CRAZY - two years ago nothing was less than 250 here and now you can have a huge house...

you can't get that in Bergen County for less than $400, no lie. it's disgusting up here. LOL though, because the first pic that came up was of a shed. I thought - $240 for a shed?

a month for a small apt. South Jersey is way cheaper than up here.

yep. but you also get paid half of what you would get paid for up north, for most jobs. it's all relative. i guess. still stinks though because if we only waited 2 years we could have had a nicer house, LOL! But who knew back then. Plus we had no choice, the apt we were in was getting sold. But still, it just stinks.
