YES! i love (most)italian people! haha im 100% too! woohoo!
YEAH GO ITALIANS!!
YEAH!!! go ethnocentricity! do you think you're gonna be saying, "woohoo I'm italian!" in the new system? I think not. noones even gonna remember where italy was.
granted I'm part italian, but this nonsense must stop.
preach it nerd man.. preach it ! unclog your nose in their general direction
theres nothing wrong in being happy with what you are! its a KNOWN fact that italian people rock! lol (ok ferget the whole mafia ordeal! haha) but, by nature, most of them are really affectionate, sweet people! ok, i just have to say ONE thing, theres 2 couples in my hall, only came to the US a few years ago, and their parents are visiting and the mom's a witness but the dad isnt, so of course cause they are witness so they are nice, but even the dad he met me ONCE and he's like CIAO BELLA! and gives me a kiss and a hug! so sweet! and seriously most worldly italian peopel that i know are so generous and cool. and of course there is the bad and good in every culture, but, overall, i think its prettyyyy good! :) and although in the new system no one is gonna care about that stuff, its not WRONG to think it now! (sorry for all u reading this, i had to voice my opinion!)
Rock on Tesoro!! Well said...Plus, being Italian, you are looked upon as being very hospitable. For example in our congregation, when we moved in there, there were only two Italian Families, and they were very hospitable to everyone, but once we moved in there and the next 3 or families moved in there, everyone in the congregation were cheering about how nice it is to be in a congregation such as ours, and how nice it is to know that you can just stop by any of those families, invited or not invited, and that each of all the Italian families will treat you like you are the most important guest. Thats whats being Italian is all about...that and that we are all sooo good looking :)
Sorry for the long comment, but I had to say somethings to go along with Jahanna's comment...
hm, seems to me that regardless of ethnic background, we should all be hospitable and loving to our fellow brothers and sisters. that's what being a witness is all about.
Thank You, I know..why isnt it that way though?? Too many people with too many issues in some congregations these days...I dont like it myself, but hey, we are all imperfect...
yup, your definatly right...
yeah its that boot like country you know somewhere the middle of the water thing
in a billion years continental drift with either seperate europe into little islands or smash them back into africa. No more italy. Enjoy it while it lasts.
Dude, that was so wrong..and were are you from, besides Italy??
