why wouldn't you be able to be a 13th of something. really if its that minute you're not going to count it but yet some persons claim how they are 1/16th of something.

actually i feel it makes sense because what if your great grandparents weren't in the truth and maybe when they were little kids become blood sisters with somebody. so then you would have a teeny ounce of their blood mingled in with yours to the point where it is 1/13th of it.
