I was hoping the personal transporters would be here by now, so i didnt have to drive to school everyday

iwz Sep 15, 2003

oh man, that would the best thing ever. i'd still be late to places tho.

fivezero fivezeroOG 2003

i was thinking the same thing. i'd materialize ten minutes late for everything anyway! but, man, there are so many things that could go wrong...if it ever come about--it will be many many many years before permanant and arbitrary human displacement could be done away with.

Elder: where's Brian. i didn't see him at the meeting.

Wife: the...the...transporter ate him.

Elder: dang. i was wondering why only his service bag appeared.

haha, yeah, they'd have to do tests w/inanimate objects, & then maybe move up to monkey tests before it ever got anywhere. Otherwise, people would end up at their destinations w/their arm attatched to their forhead & whatnot...which is something I think we'd all agree to be uncool..unless you dig that sort of thing

you know what...some people do. imagine if you could beam yourself to the meeting for service (so as not to be late) and managed to lose like 50 % of your big fat butt on the way? I think that's a win-win situation.

ophelia opheliaOG 2003

hahaha, yeah, in that application, some might be down.....what if you want to add 50% to your body proportions?..well, hmm, maybe not 50%, but, the point is I'M A SKINNY TWIRP!!..I wanna beef up!!..I'm always seeing these different things on the market for people who wanna loose weight, "Low Fat Yogurt".."1 Calorie 7up"...Where's the stuff for folks who wanna gain it!!..I'm talking "Extra Fat Twinkies" & the like..Yeah, that's right, it's time us skinny folks got some attention..

yo i am so sick of hearing ME ME ME from you all the time! why don't you ever think of the starving kids in africa who need extra calories and have NEVER seen a twinkie! man. you better just donate your kidney now.
