My real diet that I went on sophmore year in HighSchool, and went from a bit chubby to the little person I am resembles Mel's a bit:
-Eat frenchfries and a bagel for lunch every day. If you're not too hungry, skip the bagel.
-Come home and eat all the pretzles in sight (honeywheet pretzles are especially yummy)
-Pickles..lots of them
-Two helpings of everything at dinner (at least) to help you become a growing girl.
-Ice cream..at least 3 huge scoops, with chocolate syrup.
-Doritos and cheesey puffs whenever they are attainable.
yeah that sounds about the same as my diet in high school. My health teacher thought I was anorexic I was so skinny. And then suddenly before I knew it I was 22 and I started to retain everything I eat. hahaha. Rough.
Yeah, I get kind of worried about that. I'm almost 19..and I'm still doing really good, but I don't want to be fat again.
Yeah I'm a "workout nut" and the funny thing is... in the past 4 years or so that I've been working out pretty regularly, I GAINED about 10 pounds. Most of it is muscle I guess, but still. It's annoying. And I know a lot of girls who had the same thing happen. However... Atkins got me back to my "after-high-school" weight pretty much... I'm happy with that.
Everyone tells me I should gain some muscles, because while I don't have too much fat..I really don't have anything else. But..with muscles comes the higher numbers, and we're definetly conditioned to not like bigger weight numbers even if it's from muscles and not fat.
Yeah, and that's really annoying. Cos you can be a lean 130 and look skinnier/better than someone who's 120 and has no muscle.
Yeah definetly! But if asked which weight you would prefer most people would go for 120 without a doubt.

haha, well....what if people decide fat is in? I've got a problem then...and so do you...but really, so many people tell me i'm too skinny...and i don't like it...i like the way i am....so there
yo, how in the world is that a diet?...glad it worked for ya but it's just strange cause it doesn't look like a diet....then again, I'm no nutritionist
I ate less then I burned therefor burning off extra fat? Sure..I ate a lot of high carb stuff but I was 15 at the time, so my body was burning stuff off mad quick.
