i wasn't at this event but all this talk makes me think of one of my most inspired hiding spots. last winter i stayed at gigantic house with a few families. there was like 12 or so people between the ages of 14-24 or whatever and we decided to play manhunt in this huge house. we played for hours. anyway, the point--i hid in a zillions awesome places--but the best by far was when i climbed on top of that big fridge! i threw an afghan blanket over my head and kinda pointed my fingers out to make a box shape. i heard people pass me like 367 times and some even seemed to look directly into my eyes. i was sitting there doing the silent shoulder shakin' snicker for like 20 minutes. until someone walked by me and stopped. turned around and looked at me for what felt like a whole minute. finally she ran up and pulled the blanket off. busted. but mannnnn, was that funnnnn!
We used to stay at Shawnee in the Pocconos every winter in those little town houses. There wasn't enough of us to play manhunt but we'd play hide-and-go-seek and I hid ontop of the shelves that were above the washer once..I doubt I could do that now and not break them.
only one way to find out!!..to shawnee we go
Hi, yeah we don't actually want to rent the townhouse, we just need to go inside to check something. What? Oh uh..yeah we uh left something on the shelf of the wash room.
hehehee I told her we left something on the shelf..let's go!
haha...except, lets not just see if you can fit on the shelf...lets see HOW MANY PEOPLE we can fit on the shelf..step it up a notch
Yes!! It's like the phonebooth thing only better!
oh my goodness!!!! one of my best friends back when i used to live in nutley pulled this trick. i couldn't find him and they lived in this really small apartment and i could not understand how i could not find him. evuantally he jumped down behind me and ran to base. those were good times. that's the best place but it would clearly be noticeable at my house.
you lived in nutley?!?..haha, d'you know a fool named Sean Pojawa?
UGH! i do NOT like that boy...
Aw..I love Nutley! LITTLE RACHEL!!!
is here there now? cuz i used to live there but i only go back every once in a while. i'm chill with a lot of kids that are in there but i do not recognize this name. odd. maybe i know him as a different name. i'll think about it.
trust me, if u knew him- u would know...
my sister goes to a sign language meeting in Nutley almost every week. she'll be moving over there in Dec.
i was always so jealous. i went to part of one of these meetings once. all the tv screens all over the place so the camerea zooms in on the hands so that they can answer. the brother were always saying how they wanted to turn the football game on after the sunday meetin.
they used to come to our meetings and we had translators.
how about brendan...that kid makes me laugh to no end
