my cousin had to sign a prenup. her husband's parents live out of the country so their company (mega bucks company) had to be in their sons name legally or something. in case for some reason something terrible happened and they split up, the parents didn't want my cousin to get things which aren't even her husbands to give. weird scenario all together but i guess it happens unfortunately.

yeah we closed-not this past friday but the friday before. i wanted to tell you guys but it has been so chaotic. we are living with friends up here while we fix the house and the sooner we get done the sooner we can get out of their hair. i originally thought it would be a simpler renovation-cosmetic with a couple wall changes. but we ended up gutting the entire house-some walls remain downstairs but we tore out the entire upstairs. we have most of the framing done up there but there is so much more to do. what does don know how to do?
