by OK, I can't find a good forum to put this in...but it needs to be said...guys mature WAAAAAAY faster than girls. Seriously. By the time a guy is 21, he's moved on with his life..girls, in general, still don't know what they want...they think getting married is a goal...i'm not saying that all guys are mature, but most of them have at least halfway decent jobs, and stop spending money on silly things like making their cars go faster...these are just my thoughts. You won't catch a guy gossiping at age 21.

Um... I'm not going to say who I think matures faster, although I KNOW who does, but I will say this, that I had a boyfriend (even during and after age 21) who did almost nothing but gossip. Drove me INSANE.

I think in the younger years, like, 13-14-15 girls are DEFIATELY more mature than guys..but..once you get passed the like 18-20 age range, it kinda evens out almost...but, it's too varied to generalize, I know some guys who're 20 & act like their 40(not to mention look like they're 50)...and other's who're 23 & act like their 11.(& some girls who're 16 who look like they're 25, that's really not cool @ all)..I think we get a bad rap just cause'a the whole video game thing..(which I've never really been crazy into although I don't condem it)...but, guys are to video games as girls are to sensless apparel shopping!!..both sexes have their faults!

i actually believe that research because i'm sure women play video games but just don't admit it. If they did then they wouldn't have anything to call us immature about (Ok except for the guys that scratch themselves and pick their nose, etc...), so they go on acting like they don't and shout us out for it...

Right on!! Actually, if you look at some of the girls in my area, that's not exactly true.....it takes a while for either gender.
eh, no rush....i say there is plenty of time to grow up. But girls still do ussually mature faster.
girls have a little "up" on the guys for this. They mature a little faster, but as far as gossip goes, men have an inner "chick" in them. I have 2 very close male friends and those boys can gossip like NO other! lol
an elder told me some guys stop maturing at 25 years old. he says it's pretty rare.
And even then they still act like they're 15 soo
oh dan...what are you talking about? do you even know? maturity is not based on guys vs. girls. it varies from person to person

it might be BS, it might not...depends on the people. i know young guys who are very responsible and mature, and young guys who are really freakin stupid. same goes for girls. AND, people can be mature in some ways and still naive or inexperienced or immature in others. so, you do NOT know, you're just generalizing. ha! i'm mad at you now for even starting this forum.
most girls that i know won't date a guy thats even a yr or 2 younger then them...personally,i think thats a bit stupid...but whatever floats their boat

that's funny because, most guys who get married and are extremely happy with their wives--wouldn't say they've completely figured out the mind of their mate. they just peacefully coexist and don't overdramatized anything. it's like perpetual, passionate, happy damage control!
1-women run to their mothers for emotional support like they are 5 if they break a fingernail after they move out and are married.
