Baby Names
I've always had a few names that I love...and for some odd reason, jahanna finds every single one of them to be disgusting. They are for girls: Ruby Jade (one name), Brooke, Bombay and Morgan and for boys: Bailey, Blake, Brock, and Finny
So, anyone else like my choice in names? Well, if you do, then you have to marry me, because i cant find anyone else who does...dont worry, i'm just kidding!
Seriously, what are everyone elses favorite names?

hahaa, seriously, you have THEE most horendous taste in names. ugh, i cant even believe i have to look at all of them at the same time. it's just too much.
haha, yeah right...they are beautiful...well, at least i dont have to marry you now
what's even better is that you dont even want kids...yet you had to choose names for your never to be had children.
its true....maybe i'll just name all my rabbits that...since i wind up with a new one every week
yea for real, you cant have kids...you'll wind up forgetting to feed them and kill them like the rest of your pets.
ANYways, some of the names I like are vincent, julietta, alisa, rosatia (my mom's full name). hmm, i need to think of more boys names.
might i suggest bombay?
Jerome (not Jeremy) and Antigone
antigone??? you want your daughter to be an inbred royal heiress who leads her blind father to oracles?
Well..I liked the name before I read Oedipus, but sure!
I like your choices of Brooke (Brooke, especially. I've always loved that name, myself) for a girl, and Bombay and Bailey for boys. You know what, my cousin's newborn son's name is Finn. The older son's name is Aiden.
My personal choices are Palmetto (don't know what for the middle name) and Palmyra Atoll for girls, and Sed Compo for a boy. Hopefully, my future wife finds them lovely.
oooooh, i really like your names....especially sed compo....i love unusual names
-palmetto does remind of olives though...because thats the middle part of a green olive
that's PIMENTO!!
Thanks :)
Palmetto is a kind of tree actually. Better known as the "palm tree," for short, that we of course, all know and love. Palmetto... Palm. Yeh, I don't understand how they got "palm" from that either.
it's also a term used in the south to refer to cockroaches.
Ahh, but that's Palmetto-bug, not Palmetto. :) Someone I know in Maryland said to me too, what!? ..name a kid after a bug!? haha. No silly, it's a tree. Quite a lovely tree, at that. ..yeh?
for a boy Wryder and for a girl Sitalee
thought you were marrying me? whats going on... shame on poo. anyway.. brooke is hott. because brooke burke. otherwise.. ergo...irrevocably...consequentially...ergo. NO
oh dont worry...i'm still marrying you...i just wanted to make sure we are on the same page....because i feel that its important to like the same names, especially when you dont want kids...so, since you like the name brooke, we's a still gettin' hitched
some of you people's name choices are very interesting..... I like Jaime and Malachi for boys.
"Jaime" is actually the girl was of spelling that name. My sister's name is spelled the boy's way. Of course who really goes by that anymore. (-brian regan) People spell names however the heck they want to, not following normal rules of English, or any other language. I could name someone a simple name like frank, but spell it "P, H, R, A, M, N, C, H". PHRAMNCH-that's pronounced "frank". If you're really crazy, you'll throw in silent letters...ones that are usually not silent at all. The name is "simmons" spelled with 4 m's, and a silent q. (-monty python)
monty python movies are the best if not the best in comedy movies. andruw jones of the atlanta braves spells his name with a u instead of an e. i think thats unusual but i don't know alot of people named andrew. i always wanted to name my kid john but say that you pronounce it ryan.
my name is spelt Raymond Luxury Yach-t, but its pronounced Throatwobbler Mangrove
bruno, yurtle, ringo, luke, sonny, fabio, cory... just some of my favorites
sadly enough..my cousin's name is Fabio...but we've gotta lotta wacky names in my family..Sandro, Felice, Phillipo, Pino...i could keep going..it gets worse.
By any chance are they Italian??
yurtle the turtle
soda for a girl, seven for a boy
or ponyboy and even dairy
thatd be amazing...to name a kid soda! thats my dream
who would name a kid "dairy"?? i mean, that's just sick.
read the Outsiders then
ooooh yeah. awesome book. i loved that. also i liked rumble fish.
lol, Seinfeld! Great Reference, Matt!
theres a family iwth 13 children we know and the seventh child is named 7up. no joke.
I really like Elias for a boy...
forEVER i've like the name Jacob for a boy and now, suddenly, it's the #1 baby boy name this year. ugh.
hey katie do you like jakob with a "k", like that guy from the wallflowers? i think that's hot.
although I will now admit my former Wallflowers OBSESSION, I wouldnt want my kid growing up with people asking "did they name you after the Jakob Dylan?"
One Headlight..good song.
are you, too?? everyone always mocks me for loving all their music. we must discuss this next time we hang out in your kitchen watching mike's back to the future oven make my special tofu pizza.
Toby, toby is the best name EVER!
especially when they cut off your foot!
I've always loved Blake because of Blake Schwarzenbach, lead singer of Jawbreaker. Very cute and cool guy. It's not good for a baby, though, so I named my teddy bear Blake. Ruby Jade is a prositute's name.
hahaha...i see you have strong feelings on this subject.
for some reason, something's telling me to name my sons with greek names. so Andrew, Colin, Timothy, Cosmo, Adonis, Nike, some others i can't think of. as for my daughter, i've only came up with Zoe and Fufi.. i think i'm gonna let my wifey decide names for my daughters
Fufi is the name my sister called Goofy when she was little. "Fufi" freaked her out, I've never once seen anyone move so fast. I think she broke the sound barrier. "Fufi" snuck up behind her when she was maybe 2 or 3, and tapped her on the shoulder, and since she was already scared of stuffed animals, the MOVING stuffed animals of Walt Disney World were a nightmare to her. Ahh the memories. Oh, and Nike is the name of a false god, if pronounced like the brand--possibly not the best choice of names, though it does sound kinda cool.
haha i punched one of them in the nose when i was at Disney World
you know the reason she was so terrified? It was because she was used to goofy being small, on TV. and dogs are typically small. but then, in disney world, she was suddenly confronted with a large beast with the head the size of a refrigerator carton.
Yeah, the fact that they were HUGE BEASTS didn't help. But she was even scared of small stuffed animals--Forget about REAL animals!
HAHA! awww poor her. and thanks for the info dude
lol todd is divulging all family secrets, funny stuff
I'm afraid to reveal some of my names that I like, because some of you are just shady enough to take the name I want to use. It happened to my mom. When my mom's friend had her baby she named him "jarett", but everyone called him "jerry" instead. She didn't like that, so she needed a new name, so she took my mom's favorite name...the one she was going to name me--Jarad. How rotten is that?! (By the way, my mom was pregnant with me at this time..though she didn't know it) Anyway, I got left with Todd, and my middle name is Jared.
awww...that's so sad. i say, take the name back! reclaim your lost title! proclaim yourself Ja-rad, king of the vietnamese.
By the way, Jarad, Jared, or anything that sounds like that--they are all MINE! KEEP AWAY! NO ONE CAN USE THEM!
raili is a pretty cool name for a girl. how about wally or wole(pronounced the same way). ekong and ubong have are classics.
spelling the names backward is pretty cool. nomar and roman altough it isn't really backwards. ekul... kinda has a nice ring to it.
I always liked the name for a boy Bacardi~silver or Jack~Daniels and for a girl Vodka or Rumesha
that's...that's just a DANG shame, miss..
Son or Jew... great names for a boy ... " Hey jew get over here.." " Son time for dinner.." it works. it's simple. no need for complications. 3 letters. In and out. None of these weird names no one knows how to spell.. nonetheless pronounce. my son is a son. not a palm tree. not a fragrant flower from the mid east. he's just a son. i dont know how much science fiction you all have been reading.. but go ahead and just name them jarjar-shal-al'haz-baz son of shimmysammy-foo-foo for me to poop on bite me.
my favorite girl name for a really long time is Zaporah, like Moses's wife. except i wanna spell it like Tsaporah, even though it doesn't make sense. i always use it as my alter ego name.
so basically you want to name your daughter after the little mexican guy in COUNT OF MONTE CRISTO that said
i have never seen that movie. i just like the name. its beautiful and exotic.
it is...i'd date a girl name zaporah.. just so i could say her name
that's right. my daughter would be hottttt!! every guy would wanna date her. then i'd beat them down.
thatara, sounds fearsome....
nothing is more fearsome.. thaaaan... MUFASA... that just scaress you
