LAST NIGHTS SHOW ROCKED LIKE NO OTHER!
Guys, I can't express to you how awesome of a time our band and all the rest had, we have like no experience w/shows of this magnitude, and, for a first time effort, it was really awesome for it to come together as nicely as it did, ALL THE BANDS ROCKED, I'm glad we had the diversity too..If anybody was around for the first band, friends of ours from PA called Collapse, they were, to put it lightly, "very heavy"..Now I loved'm, and even though I know that's not everybody's thing, they set off the night w/a very different feel than what's considered the norm...Which I respect. NOVEMBER!!..I LOVE YOU!!...QUARTER PAST 8, good as ALWAYS, BESIDE THE WHITE! --- Prolly the ONLY witness band I've ever seen to start a mosh pit + crowd surfing, you guys are intense, Dave, Ryan, nice job..GUILDERBELL --- givin Queens of The Stone Age a run for their money, haha, you guys are awesome..all & all I think everybody had fun, gota do it again....J-DUB ROCK FO LIFE SUCKAH!

i think that crowd surfing was a silly idea.
I think you are a bad idea
what! that was the best part!
definatly my friend
great job last night to everyone who had a part! all the songs were tight
i had a really good time too. hate to choose favorites, but in my humble opinion i'd say Ophelia rocked the hardest. that HUM cover was extremely enjoyable. and i love the way they way they ended that jazz/metal song. i dunno, the end of that song just stuck with me. now Beside the White isn't really my speed, but that Thrice cover owned. mucho impressive. and Guilderbell. i love that the do their own thing! they kick my arse each and every time i see them. i love the wicked solos and monstrous bass and while i'm at it...that drumma effortlessly rules. it's like nothing to him. man, what a good time. shows like this should take place every single year. make this puppy annual. and get some AC in that joint..
AC!? Man, that place was freeeeezing...next time i'll remember to bring a sweatshirt
you must have been somewhere else, dollface
thanks man, really appreciate it...we enjoy our music and love creating it, but, we had the SLIGHTEST clue as to how it'd be viewed from the objective standpoint, we didn't know how the crowd would react to us. Really good to hear you liked it....haha, that "jazz metal" song, it's really called Burn The Sun---Amongst the band sometimes you'll have like inner names for songs, and we called it the jazz metal song while practicing, but that's not really it's tital. I think Dean forgot what it's real name was cause he just called it the jazz metal song when he introduced it...whatever, we had fun and look forward to doing it again...BESIDE THE WHITE RULES
Thw show was awsum- all u boys did great :) and i always hot at Bound Brook- so get used to it! and yes, i agree the crowd surfing was a silly idea...
props to all the bands that participated. it was definitely good times. you guys even managed to get some people to come out of their shell for a few hours. oh and thanks for playing the elf song ex-ey!
Yo the manager that was on duty saturday @ hamilton was FLOOOOORRRREED by the amount of people that flocked in, because we didn't put any banners or flyers up in the Hamilton lobby advertising the show at all..guess he's not hip the the JW-networking system
maybe he's never been on ezabel? just a thought. why not tell him to sign up?
ummmm....i sense a bit of sarcasm here..i dunno, maybe it's just me..lol...don't think I won't rough you up Hill
haha leave the mexican kid alone
I WILL TEAR HIM TO SHREADS LIKE HE WAS A CHALUPA
yo! i'm mexican! watch out, brad pitt!
Brad Pitt? Yea hes gotta watch out
have you seen brad pitt lately?..his last name is very fitting, cause he has like an arm pit on his face now, the nastiest, scruffiest beard I've ever seen..guess he was tired of being hot..haha, brad's prolly the only person right now that rivals steve MO-HINEY'S scruffiness...nobody else can touch'm...lol, looks like he moved to woods for a month or something...love it
he can wear a garbage bag and he'd still be hot
Reasons you cant compare Brad Pitt To DanHill:
1) Brad Pitt can have milk
2) DanHill is single
3) Bradd pitt looks like typham
3) DanHill Has no space in his name while Brad Pitt does. You see it Brad_Pitt thats a space if i ever saw one
4-7) are too mean and i promised dan i wouldnt make fun of him anymore
i dont think brad pitt was ever "hot"..he's alright...but even before the beard he reminded me of an ape...he's got a good jaw line though. seriously, if you watch oceans 11..they always catch his profile while chewing...it's the good jaw.
nice to know people check out even brad pitts jaw!!!
you noticed that too? i think that is so funny! what a good idea. have him eating the whole movie through. the directors name is steve soderbergh and he's really an awesome auter. go see Solaris!
Oceans Eleven is a fantastic movie eveyone should own a copy of it
both the old and the new version, the one w/brad pitt & clooney is a remake..both are good though
pure cinematic greatness
ACTUALLY--the whole Oceans Eleven crew signed back on for a sequel, to be called Oceans Twelve. Again written and directed by Steve Soderbergh. I wonder who will make twelve? Is it Tess?! We don't know!
No its Andy Garcia hey if you cant beat him join him
I got an inside scoop it's definately gonna be winne from wonder years....
its gonna be magilla gorilla
I belive that was the look they were going for, the point of that was to show off his jaw line... i dunno... they keep that up they will be showing off his double chin... just a thought.
haha you like using my sayings ey?
for reaaaal...good job to all the bands...quarter past eight was my fav, and collapse, beside the white and ophelia rockkked out. i had a really good time.
yo i want a cd of quarter past eight's performance... you think if i call the place, they'll hook me up?
i hear the recordings there are really crappy
the recordings are horrible @ hamilton....& they charge you $15 to get it
they really did suck man, The recording not you guys
they are HORRIBLE!! when we played there they didnt mike anything so i was thinking "hows this gonna work?" i get the recording and all you can hear is the vocals cuz that was all that was running thru the PA. rediculous
did anybody here get to see guilderbell? i had to leave before they could play because jesse drove and he wasn't feeling good. how'd they do?
no we had to head out-i think a lot of people did
i saw them, but i don't count . . .
Yeh. Fantastic set!
thank you, sir . . . *bows appreciatively*
They busted out the jams in pure Guilderbell style. You haven't lived till you've heard El Toro. AND you missed a "Say it Ain't So" sing along. Unfortunately, Satan upped the thermostat and those with weak constitutions couldn't take anymore of the hades-like temperatures...
nice job...they really know how to play to the crowd
one thing tho...they need to get a backup drummer for their cymbal player
OH SSSSSSSNAP....Man, I see a brawl comin' on the horizon, dunno if milton's gonna let you get away w/that...(not saying it wasn't funny though, haha)
Thanks, Bry . . . of course I will have a response . . . as noted below . . .
Oh man, anybody who tries to do our drummer's stuff needs a backup drummer. we're trying to get him to lose like 2-4 drums..
I think I shall respond to this comment by saying . . . I hit many cymbals and open hi-hat to cover up the fact that I have NO idea what I'm doing back there . . . hopefully, one day, when I have more experience, I'll be able to be a real drummer that actually hits drums, that doesn't need to hide behind many cymbal crashes . . . but your feedback is noted and greatly appreciated. (I bet you all though I was gonna get ROWDY - but alas, I have no defense for that which is true)
...and for that response, i give you mega-props!!
wwwwoah...man, I was expecting an eZabel rumble.....darnit, wouldn't of minded a good fight..haha..nah, that's uh, quite humble of ya....Yes I think humble is a good word to describe that response...If Jesus was a drummer, instead of a carpenter, and was comfronted w/that comment from before, this is how he would of responded..very good young milton, I applaud your mildness
